Remax Canada
At the time Remax in Canada was a fragmented group of regional sites that linked to each other but rarely partnered. The experience for customers was inconsistent, lacked visual continuity, and in many cases had no feature parity. The team Infusion worked closely with the Ontario Remax team to painstakingly identify the customer needs and desires, clearly document the functionality of the site, and develop guidance for other regions wishing to adopt our approach.
The result was outstanding, and all other Canadian regional Remax groups opted to move their sites to the same platform and creating a unified experience. The client credited our team with making this possible through our depth and thoughtful solution. My team of UX designers, researchers, and visual designers, was responsible for owning all research design, and documentation efforts for the project.
